• Event went smoothy

• We had too many ice cream cones, but amount of ice cream and other supplies was about right

  2. Assemble file cab in office

  3. Clean up behind rooms 10, 11, and 12

Tiger Fund Update

• Daniel went over where we are in fundraising and discussed a bit about what Tiger Fund pays for

Discussed possible ideas for an event on Saturday March 27th

• Poker night could still happen but turnout was a bit low last time so it may be best to do this as a smaller informal event if we want to do it still

• Pig roast BBQ

  1. Family event or dads only?

  2. Park, Stafford Lake, Rod and Gun Club?

• Something at Grayton?

• Block party/house party?

  1. Some version of dads "Margarita Mamas"?

Next meeting planning

• At Coleman

• Goal is to reach out to the wider community

• Having food would be great

• Shouldn't be too formal, focus on making connections and making everyone feel comfortable
